OCEANETHIX is a Hong Kong based company that has developed an innovative 100% water recycling and environmentally sustainable aquaculture system for the grow-out of live, salt water reef fish for human consumption. The water recycling/cleansing system enables the farming of fish in modules, housed in buildings in an urban setting. This is a truly innovative approach to fish farming in densely populated cities.

OCEANETHIX was a start-up company looking for investors and initially didn't have a lot of visual assets to use in their communications. In fact, there were only a few modules in operation at their Hong Kong research facility. With this in mind I developed illustrations that visualised how the modules and recycling systems would be integrated into their urban locations.
